At Hopegate, we believe every woman deserves compassion, care, and a safe place to find hope in life’s toughest moments.
For more than 30 years, our community has known us as Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC). While our name has changed, our mission has not. As Hopegate, we continue the same commitment to walk beside women, men, and families—offering free and confidential medical services, emotional support, and practical resources in an atmosphere of grace and understanding.

Why the change?

The new name, Hopegate, is all about capturing the heart of who we are: a place where doors open into brighter futures. It reflects the courage we’ve seen in the lives of countless women and families, and the promise of hope waiting on the other side of difficult decisions.

Our Mission

Hopegate exists for the purpose of providing free and confidential support–physical, emotional, and spiritual–to individuals involved in pregnancy, while always giving witness to the love of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

We envision a future where Hopegate is recognized as the resource where life is promoted, parents are equipped, and families are strengthened in Bradford and Sullivan counties.
